Peter is the co-founder of the Centre for Ubuntu Leadership and provides input to the Centre through attendance at its seminars and think tanks. He does not provide any external services as he is currently employed in the financial services area.
With a Masters in Educational Management, certificates from Harvard Graduate School of Education and WIDE, a certificate in International School Leadership and teaching and leadership experience in five countries, Peter is a very unique resource in practical and effect solutions to team development, leadership and the mindset required to develop an outstanding organization.
Peter’s passion and ability to lead change in organizations around the world has resulted in new and innovative practices in leadership and education proving his ability to create vision and translate it into practice. He was a founding member of an international school in Norway, has consulted to schools in Australia, America and South Africa and regularly presents at national and international conferences.

His most recent project (6 years) was as the Deputy Principal of Huntingtower in Australia, which he led through significant change as the school sought to move the teaching and learning towards greater focus on the needs of the 21st century person. This meant developing a culture of continuous improvement, and introducing innovative approaches to build new knowledge and to continuously improve, a dynamic middle years programme, and the Harvard Teaching for Understanding framework across the school.

Also the founder of the Simunye Project (a non-profit organization), a passionate sportsman and a regular visitor to the nature parks in his birthplace of South Africa, Peter is a wealth of knowledge, metaphors, experience and processes of value to organizations that want to lift to the next level.
